Microsoft has released the preview of the next version of their Microsoft Launcher for the Android users, with a lot of features like rewrite of several key areas and along with a new user interface and many more features. This new Microsoft Launcher comes in at version 6.0 and it is the biggest update yet.

This version of the MS (Microsft) Launcher appears to be what the home screen on the Surface experience and the Duo will be based on, means that this preview gives us an early look at some of the experiences on the Surface Duo. It features a new icons and new widgets and many more like a landscape mode and a rewrite of the activities area, the apps list and the dock, and also search UI. It also include the dark mode and light modes, also the Microsoft is touting better memory performance as well.

This new preview of the Microsft Launcher is its own listing in the Google Play Store, meaning existing Launcher beta testers will have to download this new preview version manually to start begin testing it. Microsoft does warn this new preview version of the Launcher is buggy and with unfinished features and also the user interfaces.

I have been testdriving the new Microsoft Launcher 6.0 for a little while now and I think this might be the best launcher version of the Microsoft Launcher yet. It gives us an exciting look. experiences and we can expect to see on the Surface Duo.
