Cumulative Updates for Several versions of Windows 10 is available
Cumulative updates are available for devices running several versions of Windows 10. Windows 10 versions 1803, 1709, 1703, and 1607 all have updates (via Neowin).
These updates are optional. If you'd like to update your device, you can grab the updates through Windows Update on your PC.
If you're running Windows 10 version 1803, you can update to KB4507466. That brings the build to version 17134.915. Here are the changes available:-

if you're running Windows 10 version 1607, you can update to KB4507459 which bumps the build number to 14393.3115.
